Hyundai to Offer GSM Watch Phone

Korean car manufacturer, Hyundai, is planning to enter the mobile gadget market with a combination cell phone/wristwatch priced at 220 ($284).

The MB-910 timepiece will feature a tri-band GSM/GPRS phone with three hours of talk time (70 hours of standby). The device will feature a 132 x 176 touchscreen display, as well as support for SMS/MMS messaging, Bluetooth, polyphonic ringtones, and mobile music and video capability.

Hyundai plans to release the new gadget in the second quarter of this year.
